Retail Cloud

A cloud POS that is not tied to one processor. It joins your store and your web sales into one system. CRM, loyalty and event tickets are built in.

What Retail Cloud actually is

Retail Cloud sells the same stock everywhere. The store, the website, the pop-up and the event booth all pull from one pool. One set of numbers. For clothing, electronics and specialty shops, that ends the oversell-then-apologize problem for good.

It puts a real CRM on top. Customer profiles, buying history, loyalty, and email or text campaigns based on what people bought. Most retail systems leave marketing to you. This one closes the loop.

Like Korona, it does not care what hardware or processor you use. That helps you and it helps us. We pair it with the deal we bid out, not the one a bundle would force on you.

A vendor takes payment on a tablet register at an outdoor pop-up booth stacked with folded goods.
The same register that runs the store travels to the booth. Interface shown is illustrative.

What it does well

True omnichannel inventory

Store, online and events sell from one synced pool.

Built-in CRM and marketing

Customer history and loyalty. Text and email blasts built from what people bought.

Smart purchasing

Low-stock alerts and purchase-order suggestions.

Custom dashboards

Reports built around the numbers you watch.

Event ticketing

Scan at the gate. Sell tickets for venues and festivals.

Hardware agnostic

Runs on a range of terminals and tablets you may already own.

Our take as your broker

A strong fit when in-store and online are both real revenue.

And it does not care who runs your cards. So every dollar of rate we bid down lands in your pocket. It does not prop up a bundle.

Pairs with our programs

It pairs with dual pricing at the counter. Online, we use interchange plus, since posted dual prices do not work there.

The hardware

Counter terminals or tablets

It runs on standard hardware. That is often what you already own.

Mobile units

Line-busting and event selling.

Barcode and label tools

Standard retail peripherals supported.

How businesses run it

The boutique with a web store

One stock pool for the rack and the website. The last unit never sells twice.

The venue with a season

Tickets, food and merch in one system. Reports break out by event.

The growing specialty chain

A CRM that turns past buys into repeat visits.

Best for

  • Clothing and electronics shops
  • Stores with more than one site
  • Specialty retail, events and venues

Where it falls short

This is not a restaurant system. And the price is quoted, not posted. That kind of fog is exactly what we bid through.

We carry eleven systems. That way we never have to push the wrong one on you.

Retail Cloud, answered

Is Retail Cloud right for restaurants?

No. It's retail and events. For food service we'd quote Paradise, HotSauce, Clover or Exatouch.

What does it cost?

The price is quoted per setup. That is normally a red flag. It is also why you want a broker doing the asking. We know what the market really bears.

Can it use my existing hardware?

Often yes. It is flexible on hardware, which can cut your startup cost a lot.

Does the web store really share stock?

Yes, built right in. One pool, synced live. That is the whole point of the system.

What does omnichannel really mean here?

One stock pool sits behind every channel. Sell the last unit in the store and the website updates right away. It works the other way too. No overselling. No matching up by hand.

How does selling at events work?

Mobile units run the same catalog and stock as the store. So a festival booth matches up like any other register. A stadium stand does too.

Not sure Retail Cloud is the one?

Tell us what your business does. We'll match the system, even when the answer is a cheaper one.
