Who we are
Northwest Payment Brokers ('NWPB', 'we') is a merchant services broker located in Federal Way, Washington. We arrange payment processing services. We also arrange equipment and related programs. We arrange them between merchants and third-party providers. NWPB is a registered DBA of EPX. It is a registered ISO of BMO Harris Bank N.A., Fresno First Bank, and Citizens Bank N.A.

This site and its content are provided for general information. They are about our services. You may use them for lawful purposes only. You may not copy content at scale without permission. You may not scrape or republish it at scale without permission.

Pages on this site, including guides about pricing models, programs and regulations, are general education. They are not legal, tax or financial advice. Program availability and rules vary by card network rules and your specific circumstances. This includes surcharge caps and disclosure requirements. They are confirmed during setup.

Savings calculators and dollar examples on this site are illustrations. They are based on typical rates. They are also based on assumptions. Your actual savings depend on your statement. They also depend on your card mix and the program selected. We will quote your savings to you in writing. We will do so before you commit to anything.
Third-party products
POS systems are made by third parties. The same is true for terminals, gift programs and funding products. It is also true for similar offerings described on this site. Product capabilities are described in good faith. The description is based on vendor documentation and our experience. Final specifications are confirmed with the vendor for your use case. Trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to third-party brands do not imply endorsement.
Service relationships
Merchant accounts, processing and funding products are provided under separate agreements with the relevant providers, subject to underwriting and approval. Those agreements govern those services. This website does not govern them.
No guarantees
We work to negotiate the best available terms. We also work to describe products accurately. We do not guarantee specific savings, approvals or outcomes. We are not liable for third-party providers' acts or omissions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NWPB's liability arising from use of this website is limited. It is limited to the amount you paid us to use it. That amount is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
Use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version will always be posted here.
