It is a pretty involved and scary thing to move to new payment terminals and credit card processing. Alicia was with us every step of the way and always just a phone call away if we had any questions. She did consultations on each of the systems we were interested in and never once made us feel like we were a nuisance to her. We are a small non profit that probably isn't the largest volume of transactions but we were treated as if we were her only client.
