Is on-premise outdated?
It is a trade, not a relic. You give up remote reports. You get to stop caring about the internet or a cloud vendor. For one busy store, that trade often wins.
Can I check sales from home?
Not from a phone app the way cloud systems do it. You can export the end-of-day report and send it. Live remote reports are not the model.
What if the hardware fails?
That is the real risk of on-site gear. It is why we spec backup terminals and same-day help before we install.
Who is HotSauce?
HotSauce Technologies, an Atlanta company. They have built restaurant POS since 1998. Not a startup that might vanish next year.
Why do nightclubs pick it?

Can I add online ordering?
