A dollar lost to fees is a dollar the mission never got.
Most nonprofits and churches pay full retail rates on every gift. They never learn the rate can be bargained down. They never learn they may qualify for reduced charitable interchange. Across a year of giving, that is real money that should have stayed in the mission.

What nonprofits and churches are up against
Overpaying on every donation
Many groups never bargained on fees. They sit on default retail rates. The card networks even publish reduced interchange for nonprofits that qualify. Most groups were never signed up for it.
Monthly gifts have to go through
Monthly donors and tithing only work if the card on file gets charged on its own. It must never fail in silence. A dropped monthly gift is a donor you have to win back.
Donors are mission-minded
Asking a donor to cover the fee is gentle, and many like it. Adding a surcharge to a gift is a different talk. The program has to respect the bond you have.
In-person and online, one set of books
Sunday plate, a gala terminal, an online donate button, text-to-give. They all need to land in one place that matches up. Not four systems that do not talk.
The program fit
Interchange plus + nonprofit registration
Details →Clear pricing you can see. We also sign you up for the reduced nonprofit interchange the card brands offer charities that qualify. Most groups never claim it.
ACH and eCheck
Details →On a large gift, a flat bank-to-bank fee beats a card percent. It keeps far more of each dollar. Same for monthly giving.
Dual pricing
Details →Where it fits, offer a clear cash or card choice. Or let the donor opt in to cover the fee. Either keeps that cost out of the mission budget.
The systems we'd quote
Virtual terminal
Details →Keep a card on file for monthly giving and tithing. Key in gifts that come by phone or mail. They all charge on schedule, on their own.
Online & text-to-give
Details →A donate button and pay links for online and text giving. They all route to the same account, so everything matches up.
Event terminal
Details →A wireless terminal for galas, plate giving and events. Tap and chip, on the same account we bargained for.
Fair questions
Can a nonprofit really get lower rates?
Often, yes. The card networks publish reduced interchange for charities that qualify. We sign you up for it and bargain on the rest. Most nonprofits we review were never set up to claim it.
How does recurring monthly giving work?
We keep each donor's card safely on file. The gift charges on schedule, on its own. If a charge fails, we retry it. A routine card change should never end a monthly gift in silence.
Should we ask donors to cover the processing fee?
It is common, and donors tend to like it. Many opt in gladly so their full gift reaches the mission. A surcharge is more delicate. We set up whichever way fits your donors.
What about free processors like Zeffy?
We will be straight with you. Free donation platforms exist, and they fit some groups well. That is most true if all your giving is online. But if you also run events, a register, or higher volume, an account we bargain for usually keeps more of each dollar. We will tell you plainly which one is better for you.
Can you handle giving in person and online?
Yes, all on one account. Sunday and event terminals. An online donate button. Text-to-give. Monthly billing. They all match up in one place, not in separate systems.
What's the real saving for a group our size?
Send one recent statement. A better rate plus nonprofit interchange sign-up usually adds up to real savings. We show you your exact rate first. We show what stays in the mission, in writing.
Keep more of every gift in the mission.
