We had very smooth sailing until about 3 months ago with Vantiv and the POS system had another glitch. Alicia at NW Payment Brokers is AMAZING!! We were referred to her, and ended up becoming clients due to her top notch service. Even before I got her quote (which was very competitive) I knew we would use them, since Alicia was just so helpful and intelligent, it was a breath of fresh air.Long ago I had used a broker, and stopped when we had issues with consistency. Then for several years I had been with two major payment processing companies, both with issues. For example, delayed funding, quietly raising rates without letting us know, high fees, etc. So I was not sure I would be happy anywhere, frankly, nor did I feel confident moving to another broker.Boy was I wrong.
